30-day money-back guarantee
Afro Music Lab, operated by Amy Molina Dappay, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Studio Membership. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment and to each renewal payment within that 30-day window.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at dappayamy@gmail.com and we will help arrange it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel at any time from the billing area in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Terms of Service and Paddle’s Refund Policy for further detail.
